Alternatively we have Protein Shakes which can be mixed with milk or water to suit your taste, ideal for morning tea or after a workout.
Flex It has classes during Crèche hours. You can enjoy your class while the kids have a fun time in our fully supervised Crèche.
4pm - 5pm Fridays - Flex It is running Kids Club this is a exercise class for 5-8 years olds. Bring your kids along for a fun session. A healthy snack & drink will be provided after class, they will love it!!
GROUP FITNESS CLASS EXPLANATIONS-
PILATES- (A body conditioning program designed to teach efficient movement patterns & enhance posture, these exercises challenge & develop your core stability) Suitable for all ages & fitness levels.
FITBALL (TBT)- (Change the shape of your body, tone your butt/tummy/thighs without adding muscle bulk. Using exercise bands/fitballs/floor exercises this class isolates the glutes,hamstrings,calves & abdominals to reshape & tone your body while burning body fat) Ideal for the first timer to the advanced participant & all levels in between.
STRETCH-YOGA- (This class design incorporates Tai-chi,yoga & pilates moves. Teaching controlled breathing & concentration. Carefully structured stretches balance the mind & body leaving you feeling relaxed & renewed) Suitable for all ages & fitness levels.
BODYBAR- (A popular class using barbells & adjustable weights. This is a full body workout. Tone & condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. All major muscle groups are worked in a series of weight-bearing exercises including –squats,presses & lifts. A fast way to get into shape) All fitness levels will benefit from this class.
CARDIO-BOXING- (Combines high intensity cardio with boxing moves. Designed to burn maximum calories & massively increase cardiovascular endurance. It is an overall body workout) Suitable for moderate to advance fitness levels.
FEMALE SELF DEFENCE FITNESS CLASSES FFC-A martial arts based fitness program for ladies of all ages and fitness levels.This class focuses on cardio fitness,weight management and toning the whole body to generate speed,power,strength and endurance in a fun designed work out program.Experience a range of boxing,kickboxing,taebo and karate while learning the basics of offense,defence,and experience shadow to to semi contact sparring in a controlled enviroment.
