It is no secret that at Flex it Gym we have a mission. And that mission is to improve the experiences that people have in the field of health and exercise.

At Flex it we will strive to make a positive change for the health of Wagga. We will show people how changing attitudes to eating, activity and lifestyle habits can lead to a healthier, fun life. We will use the core principles of Exercise Science and endeavour to educate each, and every member, how to make activity a regular part of each day. We will NOT follow the industry standard, of sales before service. We will provide the most complete Weight Loss, Health & Fitness service ever seen in Wagga. Each member will be assessed, programmed, and treated as an individual in order to make their journey as comfortable, safe and effective as possible.

We want to bring common sense and knowledge at last, to the homes of every wagga resident. We will recognize peoples current health, exercise history, previous injuries and time constraints when prescribing exercise programs. We will, NOT EVER prescribe an exercise that is beyond an individuals capabilities just because it will give faster results. We will follow correct exercise progressions. R.B.T (Results Based Training System) was born from a frustration with the Weight Loss and fitness industries. They thrive on quick fixes and poorly trained practitioners. We say there is no quick fix, just realistic goal setting for today’s busy lifestyles. Our Trainers and partners are all fully qualified in their respective fields and support each other on the clients journey, to ensure positive health outcomes for everyone.
